The story of this wine
Pumice is the wine the whole estate is built around. It comes from all twenty-eight terraces, picked before seven in the morning and pressed as whole bunches the same day.
It spends seven months on its fine lees in steel, in the vaulted cellar, and never touches oak. What you taste is the island: citrus, stone and salt carried in on the wind.
Drink it cold, within four years of the vintage, and ideally outside.
